The name of SEPL was changed to SEDPL on 20 March 2007, to conduct business as Developers /real estate agents and Builders. The main promoters /directors of the company are Mr. K.K. Jain, Mr. Hari Kishan Garg and Mr. Paras Jain.

Mr.Hari Kishan Garg aged 51 years is an engineering graduate from MACT, Bhopal (Regional Engineering college), having over 29 years of experience in the field of project execution, coal trading and property business. He looks after the techno-commercial aspects of the project including procurement of material.

Mr. Paras Jain
Director

Mr. Paras Jain aged 34 year is a graduate. He has been engaged in development of multi-storey houses in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and nearby areas. He is a well known builder in the area and also one of the directors of M/s Pith Buildcon Pvt.Ltd which is engaged in small scale housing construction activities and has completed projects of over 100 flats in Indirapuram and Vaishali on contract basis. He is the director Incharge of the proposed project.

Mr. Mahaveer Prasad Jain

Mr. Mahaveer Prasad Jain aged 68 years is a Diploma in Civil Engineering, having over 50 years of experience in the field of construction including 12 years of specific experience in the field of construction of Multi storey buildings. He joined Delhi Jal Board in 1958 and served in various capacities including 14 years at senior level last being superintendent engineer. His last successfully completed project has been Express Group's Group Housing project of 600 flats. In the capacity of a Professional /Technical Director, he is the overall incharge of the proposed project.
